The Functions of Your Gallbladder

Gallbladder
You may have heard about many people that end up having to have their gallbladder removed from their body, but you may wonder how the body can function without it. There are only a couple of different functions that the gallbladder does in the body. First, this organ helps the human body to be able to digest fat. This means that if you have your gallbladder removed, then it would be a good idea for you to make sure that you eat meals that are low in fat. This is because you will no longer have your gallbladder to assist you in digesting the fat that is in many of the foods that people typically eat.
